How To Design a Good Overworld

Wow, that is the best OW that i ever saw! Also, there are 8 things that i don't like...

The following things that i want you to change are listed here:

-I really don't recommend using the valley of bowser map for the sky world, as the lightning SFX will still be there, so please move it to a different submap.

-The cave submap could use some lava, animated or not. Please add a big pool of lava or small pools of lava.

-World 1 has almost NO decorations. Not really a thing i don't like, i'd just thought i'd point that out.

-That grassland Island you put it going to be Called "Full Moon Island", like in Pokemon Dimond, Pearl, and Platinum. Can you make 2 more Small Grassland Island? Remember, 1 near the vine to the sky, and 1 at the Sea and islands. Remember, make a really small island to put in a pipe, or put a pipe in another island, to get to the small island west of the vine to the sky.

-The Ice/Snow land submap has too much of sand. I know you wanted to put in some sand to the beach, but you should lessen the sand, and add more snow. Also, The iceland could use some freezing water.

-The sky world is too short on clouds. Either add some small clouds, or add more cloud tiles to the cloud.

-I'm pretty sure you'll need 2 submaps for the maze, so if you can't put in the special world, put the sky world in the main map, and try your best to use it. If you needed 2 submaps, don't do the thing up here.^ Also, use pallete 5, cause if you didn't use it, now's the good time to use it.

Finally:

-The islands and desert need more decorations. Use a little bit of decorations on the islands, Because you know why.

That's all. Oh, and i have a question:

What is the forest of illusion map world? Is it world 9?

Also, i wanted the overworld, but the IPS file doesn't work properly. I tried to apply the patch, but it didn't show ip for some odd reason. I then tried to click on the IPS file not in lunar ips, but it doesn't show anything. Why won't it work?

So the forest of illusion map was the maze submap? Then why is there lava there?

I just liked the look of lava there. To me, it made the area look less bland.

And about the special world, how do you want it to look?

Just put in small stars of my name somewhere, but keep is small. Also, for the rest, you pick.

For the maze, can you remove that lava, because i want it to be a grassland maze? Remember, you can use it on the top of the land, becuase i want that to be the darkland, and the bottom the grassland.

EDIT: Maybe i'll make the last submap myself. So this overworld is about done. Can i have the overworld now? Make sure you make copies of the lunar IPS, because last IPS patches wouldn't work properly...

A bit more detail on your problem would be helpful in the solving of it.
What, exactly, are you doing? If we know exactly what you're doing, we can figure out exactly what you're doing wrong.

Just like the thing you apply IPS patches, but this IPS file won't show up. Also, if i try to click on the ips file, not on LIPS, then it shows nothing. Why?

I'm not sure why nothing shows up when you click the IPS patch, but my guess would be that nothing's supposed to show up.
As for how to solve the problem, I'm going to toss out increasingly improbable solutions and hope one of them works, as I always do.

Are you looking in the folder with the IPS file?
Is the file extension correct (i.e. ips, not IPS, iPS, IpS, IPs, Ips, iPs, ipS, or asm)?
I can't come up with any other solutions.

That is a disappointingly short list of absurd solutions...

What do you mean by "Decompress"?
