Making hack inspired by This Is The Only Level... Every level is some kind of level 105 modification

. This is overworld. Don't worry, I'm not going to send this to SMWC, unlike Teh Hack. I don't see even small chance of hack full of blatant edits of this same level to be accepted.

Oh, and ignore glitched castle in Yoshi's Island map. I had to switch palettes around. And ignore tile on Dragon Coin, when I will make events, this coin will dynamically appear when you will unlock this level and this circle won't appear. It's going to TOP SECRET AREA or something...

THY: Looks pretty great. Switching every color to black sometimes gives very good effects, don't you think? And I like background.

Glitch.Mr from what you shown on the irc the other day Im happy to see the nearly finished product. Very creative OW style.
Maybe use a 105 remix for the main OW theme?

I want to make the theme Ducktales. As in after another humiliating defeat Bowser called in the help of a being from another realm.
So the hack will be a mix between Super Mario and Ducktales.

Indeed you shouldn't rip those GFX without express permission from the relevent authorities (in this case, SNN).

Also I forgot to add. The music for the first video is nightmarish.

I'd rather say, without asking the respective artists, SNN doesn't own the graphics or anything.

Still kind of baffles me as to why he went into the base ROM and actually ripped them out.

Can't really stop him, of course. If he wants to use them though, his best bet would be to contact foop.

Obviously there's some things in the game that could use some explanation, but it's all about the fun of the game as a whole, although I do see where you're coming from.

I like the atmosphere of the cave so far, underway. The palettes are nice and blend well with each other. Good stuff.

..even though I have seen hacks removed because they used SMWCP1 graphics. So unless that was never a rule and hack mods got confused, or it is no longer a rule, he shouldn't be able to use those graphics.

RedToonLink: You could also ask why trees grow in caves...You could even ask why koopas are down there...Really...who cares. No one should ask for logic in a Mario game because in Mario games no logic exists.

Not complete yet, but I want your opinions

JDC: It looks very simular to one Spud Alpha's levels in BttC...

The one thing that bugs me is the pallettes. Its good to have some contrast but the BG looks like a stormy place while the FG is all bright. Myabe try to lighten up the BG abit. Level design looks solid and I like the grass tiles, the colours remind me of NSMBW W7.
