Okay, my layout looks ugly.
Messing around with Kipernal's Blockreator I made this level for a hack that's been dormant for almost a year now.

Everything looks so well made! I have nothing to suggest or complain. Also the idea is really well-thought.

Gimmick NES: Good rip. But is a little odd.

Custom Grasslands.

The shading/lighting on the hills is terrible, stick to smooth vertical lines instead of that weird horizontal pattern. The bushes also look bad, the unnecessarily excessive anti-aliasing(?) you put on their upper part made that part look like it's shaded, pillow shaded even, which makes no sense considering the lightsource comes from above (the way they are right now makes it look like the light comes from below #w{:s}). The eyes on the hills also need work (a good start would be making the sparkle in their eyes white instead of light green).

The ground tiles, however, look really great, I especially like the grainy texture you gave to the dirt#smw{:TUP:}. It might be better to make the grass look less "spiky" though.

I like how the newer screens are a bit more vibrant in terms of colours.
I also like how the enemy gfx is altered slightly. Very nice! :')

Great work! I love the level. The visuals are very well put together, too. My only suggestion would be to not have the red P Switches be directly in the main path. Instead though, maybe have them hide in "?" Blocks near the designated area of use. Just my two cents!

It better go then, I have no complaints about the level and I'd really like to see more from you.

The level design in this level was really great and solid - plus the usage of that Red P-Switch was really good, although it was used a bit too much in the level, this was a great gimmick which I didn't think that would be made for SMW. Aesthetics were gorgeous, I mostly liked the main music of this level and overall, this level gives me inspiration. Really great job on this!

Oh look, another simple graphic you made! It also looks very good! I really like your palettes, really dead, and mysterious, oh and I love your tree drawing. You are quite good at drawing trees. :O
It actually looks very good with that dark palette. It may be good for dark levels.

Nice to see you making stuff (or rather, showing it) for once! I like the playful, distinctly Mario-ish atmosphere you created through the music and the visuals, as well as the ASM gimmicks, which are a perfect mix of subtle and in-your-face. Hoping to see more of this!
(also, is that microphone noise i hear? :p)

Well, the dirt looks excellent; it's actually quite difficult to pull off a good looking filler tile. >w< Good job.
I'm proud of myself for actually being motivated to hack SMW again. (Ignore Goombob graphic) Level contains Exploding Bullet Bills, chasing spike balls, Albatoss', Chomp Sharks, Exploding Turn Blocks and some other shit.




The screenshots don't do justice whatsoever so I'll show a video when I'm done with this but how does it look otherwise?
