Bowser's airship armada

Baam! Almost finished with world 1 so I decided I would put it up and see if I could get some nice ideas on how to improve it to the players taste.


Yes I used YY-CHR to make the corner tiles better (Pasted it over an unused tile).
Tell me what you think and what you would like for me to add and/or change!

I am sorry if I haven't shown any updates on Bowser's airship armada... Real life problems (one being the computer with the hack on + the backup broke.)
So I haven't been working on it and instead been busy with high school and such.
But now im back! With more idea's + i've learnt more of advanced hacking like ASM so I may make my own sprites etc.

I'll be starting this up with 2 screenies of the first level and I am truly sorry if someone was acctualy anticipating this hack. ;_;





Please tell me what you think of these so I can start out again!

Some of you may know of my creative Map16 mind and so, that grass works like a vine.

Please give me your oppinions on what you think looks nice or what looks strange... or if you don't like something in comon.

I think the dirt palette looks a little too bright.

Your layout has been removed.

I like the FG you made but I agree, it's a bit too bright.

It's just, to improve myself and my hack, it realy helps out to hear peoples own oppinion to see what the comon players want.
As the other two posts says, the dirt is too bright.
I was very happy to see someone give an oppinion.

And i've started working on it a bit without using SMWC.

Out of the question...
I tried for hours to make it darker. But since the dirt was made from 3 colours which were supposed to represent "sand" I just couldn't find a good mix.

I'll be sure to post again when I have more to show than a single stage.
