Auto scroll

How to turn off Fast auto scroll at the end of the level? I mean,near goal. I tried command Turn off generators but it won't work.
It will only stop if there is nothing in the screen after where you want it to stop. So if you want it to stop, put the goal right before the last screen, then it should work

But I recommend to put it near the middle because at the middle of the screen Mario is unable to jump due to the auto-scroll being too fast.
The Fast Auto-Scroll will never stop Thehoundsquad, it'll keep going to the right no matter what.

As for the question, the only simple ways i know would be to put a teleport block all the way up and put mario right after them when he tele's. so that the auto-scroll will stop.

If I'm not wrong, it stops when it's the last screen of the level. It was in some hacks like in one from the VIP series.

Ah, sorry I haven't used fast auto scroll much and I have seen it stop when doing stuff like that >.>

in the VIP Series possibly because the person who made that one level in the VIP's could've made his own Custom Scroll sprite

Actually, the fast auto-scroll stops on the very last screen of the level, but only if the level with it is entered from the first screen of the previous level. Don't ask me why.

And only if it's a sublevel, I'm guessing? I assume the garbage tells it to go for exactly 32 screens...
