Honestly, it's nothing overly special. I kept my room in a similar style to the original 8 doors, with about 5 screens. I was actually worried that it would be too easy until I tested it, at which point I decided I was satisfied enough.
You hear dice being thrown...
My SMW ROMhack: Super Market Roll Drums is active once again! Second 2014 C3 Demo Here ([thread][demo])
Lunatic Lolo, an Adventures of Lolo 2 hack: 20/54 Levels ([C3 thread][demo])
Well, this is the first thing that I've ever submitted to the site, so I figure that it is long overdue! Not too fancy, but I think that even though I'm kind of a n00b, it came out pretty good. I hope that we do another one of these when there isn't a hurricane and I have more time to prepare.
All told, this took somewhere around an hour or so to make, I reckon. Speed wasn't really my goal here, though; it simply got to a point where it felt fine as it is, and that adding anything else seemed like it would make it gaudy or redundant. *shrugs*
Anyways, hope it stacks up to the rest, and good luck to everyone else participating! ^_^
Well, I already know I have no chance, but here is my level. Its vanilla, which is not my normal style, but hey, at least I still had a lot of fun. I know its not judged, but I took the time to edit the title screen and credits, so hopefully you enjoy the details! So good luck to everyone in this contest, and good night!
-------------------- My New Year's resolution was to finish one of my old projects, and I didn't even remember my SMWCentral password until April. 10/10.
This level took me almost 9 hours to make it, and it has only 4 screens, the length of most of Bowser's rooms. I tried to do this enterely vanilla, but I added one custom block(thanks to NekohDot for the block) to the gimmick makes sense. This was fun to make, but now I'm pretty tired (almost 2 a.m. here!), but satisfied with the result.
