I've checked the list of tutorials and threads and can't seem to find the specific problem I'm having.
I'm trying to match animation with the "Appearing/Disappearing Block 13" from block tool (I inserted the block in BTSD with the proper offsets & numbers, I more than triple checked them) The block is passable for 8 frames and solid for 8 frames. I inserted it into Map16 acting like 25 (blank tile). I tested the block and it works!! Awesome!
Now, I'm trying to fit animation with the block and did the following:
Type: 4 8x8s: 16x16
Frames: 0F
Destination: 129
Trigger: None
Frames 00-07: 6F0 6F0 6F0 6F0 6F0 6F0 6F0 6F0 (Passable Graphics)
Frames 08-0F: 6D0 6D0 6D0 6D0 6D0 6D0 6D0 6D0 (Solid Graphics)
The graphics are correct, but the animation does not match up with the block behavior which should be passable for the first 8 frames and solid for 8 frames. It seems that the animation is changing faster than the block behavior. I played around with it, rearranging the number of frames and so on but nothing is working. Am I missing a step here? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
