How did my tiles appear different in my gameplay but not in my Lunar Magic. I used the pipe exit-enabeld and a star block in Lunar Magic, nothing wrong, and once I tried testing my level, it came out ropes and water. WHY?

Nope, no editing tiles or anything, just plainly added the tiles and they ended up looking like this:
The rope that Mario is standing on are the same as the floor seen in the original SMW level 103 (Yoshi's Island 3). It is the final screen of the level and it only occures here. The water around me I did nothing to it, It just appeared on its own in the gameplay.
