So remember kids! If you ever get caught having tosave a princess from a foreign land after getting dragged down a drain pipe, jumping while spinning in a circle can help you greatly by allowing you to jump on spinning saw blades, ghosts, and allow you to control your jump better!

Those backgrounds are impressive! Although the 2 towards the bottom that are the trees look like they cut off. But one of my main issues is overall they don't have much for visibility. If you could bring them out a bit more for some of them (Such as the Smoke in Molten Mountain), it could add a neat effect. It's just I seem to be straining my eyes to see some of them.

So I'm not terribly great at making OWs but I do seem to have gotten better than the blocky OWs I did for Boris. Here's the main Overworld I haven't started the submaps yet.

Sorry Daizo it's nothing personal but it has been like 4 months and this hack needs to move forward so here's the second half of Bowser's Castle and it's frozen.

So hey! I know that this has been dead for like, literally years, but isn't it like basically done? It would be kind of cool to finish it up, for old times sake. Does anybody have the most recent base rom?
Sockbat Replica has the latest baserom, but he's been inactive for about 2 months now. I can't keep with this hack, since I'm working on other projects (COLLAB 2, Daizo's Journey, 100 Rooms of Enemies, JUMP, etc).

E: Well reading previous posts here, it seems like it's my fault that the hack pretty much died. I guess I was working on one of the Bowser Rooms.

I'm not exactly fond that he decided to scrap the older versions of the overworlds and submaps (especially my admit-ably decent haunted forest map I spent a while working on). If eXcavator does get the latest baserom back, he should also get a backup of the old overworlds.

The hack is pretty much done I'm currently just playing through the hack in the three major emulators(ZNES, SNES9X & BSNES) to make sure everything works first and then I'm gonna find beta-testers.
