Yes, it's probably the work of the patch mentioned above.
Redraw the holding pose in GFX32 with YY-CHR.
How? cause I can't let mario arms goes up.

If you don't know how to edit any Gfx, read some tutorials.
I did, and I know how to do it, but I look on GFX32, mario hold pose cannot put his arm up as he hold like in SMB2.
I think you need to edit those poses (red circled). But I'm not sure.

i try that, but glitched still.
How can I suppose to put his arm up, like in Mario bros 2, not like jump, but holding the vegetable?
You'll have to re-draw the Mario Holding Pose's to have his arms up instead of them being normal. And you may also need to change his holding tilemap's too since it uses the same head tile for every holding pose.
I change my layout every 4-5 months
OK, like how?
