How to make spikes (or anything,like water)to scroll too to damage player?

(The spikes <<<<<<<<)
I can't find a way to do this.

I believe you have to put the Spike on Layer 2 (Which means you lose the Background) than you may have to change the Layer 2 (BG) Scrolling rate to None/None

I change my layout every 4-5 months

Click on the Mario head icon and change the level mode to 02 and disable vertical and horizontal scrolling. Unfortunately you'll lose your BG. Put the spikes on Layer 2 and click on the goldfish icon. Change the Layer 2 scroll to None/none. At the end put an auto-scroller sprite and it should work.

Spikes are in Layer 2,but they are not scrolling.

Did you put the Auto-scroll Sprite? That doesn't work if you don insert it in the level.

Uhh..I insered Auto scroll sprite,not Layer 2 sprite.I kept looking aand trying all Layer 2 scrolls,but the spikes are only moving up.Which do i use?

Just set the scrolling of the layer 2 to Constant/Constant and put a simple autoscroll sprite.
in this way, the whole layer 1 will move, but not the spikes
