I was going to test this some time ago, but my computer crashed last Saturday.

Well, I agree with Lightvayne. The Jumping Koopas make it too hard.

I suppose the bob-omb could fit this boss, may be worth a try.

I'm assuming the silence mean no objections. Fit the bob-omb in as you see fit and lets move this along.

Here it is the Bob-omb version. Lately things have been horribly bad for me again and it continues to get worse this week. Personally, I have fixed it to set off Bob-ombs and it's challenging but not overwhelming to beat this boss.

Edit: There's a couple of times where the Bob-omb has a problem of appearing at the same time the blast does and wipes it out before it can even last a few moments.
Oh woops, I've been wanting to say this for a while but I kept forgetting : Keep in mind that the W1 boss also uses bob-ombs as a "tactical suicide" attack. Try to make this bob-omb's appearance and interaction with Doc Croc as different as you can from the one you use to beat Truntec.

I mentioned this to you in IRC. The boss plays out pretty well and I like it so far, but I kinda miss trying to jump on him also. Maybe if you can alternate attacking with the bombs and jumping on him. Also, the little flying machine that follows Mario near the end should be spin-jump-able. You can even use it to help you get up and jump on top of him.

Okay I pretty much added all of the things that Lightvayne talked about above...

- Alternating attacking patterns to attack Doc Croc (Springboard and Bob-omb).
- Boss gets killed by the Bob-omb on the Final Attack.
- Drone is Spin-Jumpable.

It's almost there. :P

When I mentioned jumping on the Doc I meant via the Bouncing Koopa Troopa. Him just giving the player a spring board seems waaay to nice of him. I also feel the same about him giving you a mushroom midway through the battle.

A small glitch I noticed now that the flying bot is spin-jumpible, is that it doesn't process off screen. If I kept on spin jumping it off the top of screen, it will disappear forever. We might also want to add a ceiling to the level, not exactly at the top of the screen but a bit higher off.
