Blargg's palette

I'm checking the ROM Map for Blargg's palette and I find the addresses 1A29B and 1A29C and each byte for the two addresses are 45 and 05. I want to change Blargg's palette to 0C but it just confuses me somehow. What byte should I change to make it use palette 0C?

Did you tried changing its palette with Tweaker and/or Sprite paint?
Not yet. Although I have played Mario Is Missing 2 (great hack BTW) and B.B.Link used Blargg's as Nep-enuts in the hack but he didn't change the palette. It used palette 0A and I thought to myself "Maybe Blargg's palette is hardcoded. What if it's impossible to make it use a different palette?!" and so.... no I didn't try Tweaker yet.

EDIT: I tried Tweaker, but it still uses palette 0A. I'm guessing the only thing for me to do is use a hex editor to change it's palette.

You could always use ExGFX to change their palette, if you wanted a specific one of different colours, it's the way to go.

The acid cave levels in the fourth world of my hack have green Blarggs (to match the colour of the acid), as an example.
I'm pretty sure he wants all of them to be like in YI, because I'm guessing its for A Yoshi's hack.
