Honestly I think something more upbeat would be better suited. Something like Jimmy's Grassland Theme however obviously it'd have to be something a little longer. Maybe the arrangement could use this as a base then go into some of the other themes? We could easily stretch out 2 minutes.

Jimmy, may I ask for a download link to the file? I want to start at least something (I want to see how the ending will work out). Please and thank you!
2. ~COMING SOON~ screen comes up to make everyone pumped after the clips are over;
3. T.N.K. (<- NEVER forget the dot after the last letter in the acronym) appears with Giygas-y sounds in the background foreshadowing the super epic and climatic and overly hard battle that takes place in EREHPS EHT RAEF.
To me it seemed like if someone went to a song audition and just said 'insert voice here' before a round of applause and a bow.
It's a general idea of the ending of the trailer. Mock-up, idea, whatever. Whatever you want to call it.
In the end it's just made to see how leod's idea of T.N.K. appearing in the end would go. It's really bad right now, but you get the idea. It may not be a mock-up, but whatever.

Uh, annoying emoticon twice a post. >.>
thrice now
If an ominous T.N.K. were to be included at the end, I'd sort of prefer it to be much briefer than that, so as not to encourage too much suspicion/speculation (in its current form, it seems to have a bit too much emphasis). World 9 as a whole works best if it comes as a bit of a surprise (hence the decision not to include any clips of the levels in that world), and while it's not perhaps a terrible idea to put a vague, mysterious hint of such at the end, I think it's best approached with a touch more subtlety.
Magi suggested having TNK appear during the clips, bottom-left corner.
It works, but it feels like vandalized IMO rather than an easter egg, but eh. Whichever you guys like. I could make the first idea shorter and even take out the white noise.
I like the second idea although instead of having it appear part way through a clip, have it appear when the clip starts and disappear after the clip ends. Also have it on the actual footage rather than to the side of it. That way it seems almost accidental and unintentional. Less in-your-face.
With some levels being almost completely fixed, we might be able to start taping levels.
Anywho, we need to be consistent with the ways we're going to record. I'm asking: what would we use to record? High quality is always A+
Would FRAPS be a good alternative? I know you can use it with ZSNES / Snes9x given the right settings, but I've never actually tried it.Youtube (Main) | Youtube (Alt) | Bandcamp | DeviantART
I use FRAPS to record Snes gameplay.
It's good, but can cause a lot of slowdowns/freezes, specially in high resolution videos.

I must be confused. Is there a reason you can't just use the regular video recording, maybe with snes9x-rr? You can dump uncompressed frames, so full quality.
Fraps is a nice option as long as you capture frames at a full 60fps (because otherwise shit slows down in ZSNES).
