.bin files can be either Graphics or Map16 data.
To insert the graphics in this case, you'll need to extract the GFX in Lunar Magic (
, make sure Options --> use joined GFX files is unchecked), put the GFX[number].bin files in the newly-created "Graphics" folder and reinsert them (
). Graphics found in the "Graphics" section of SMWC are usually ExGFX, though, and if you want to insert those you'll need to do something slightly different - this tutorial
should be helpful to you in that case.
To insert the Map16Page.bin, open LM's Map16 editor and press F3. The current version of LM favors .map16 files, but .bin is still supported.
