Tip: If you're using the original SMW ending, remember that Level 104 (Yoshi's House) will appear during it.

I place a warp star in the Yoshi's Island area as a hidden tile. I uncover the tile and I can use it to warp. It warps to one on the star road map absolutely fine. I then try and warp back and I end up in the middle of the main overworld. There is no warp star there and it counts it as a level tile set to level 0.

Does anyone know what's going on or what I can do about it?

Maybe the exit index on the star in star world is not set correctly...
'Twas the first thing I checked. Does this look right?

The one on yoshi's island has the same indexs but for the opposite exits.

thanks for the idea though.

When you set it for the first time, it resets the return path for the opposite star. Go back and set the other star again.

Star Road Star:

It appears to me that the exits and the destination exits line up. Unless i'm missing something really obvious or really subtle.

I had much fun with these stupid star-tiles, too. I'm not sure why it doens't work most of the time, and the best advice I can give ist to delete the two star tiles and try again from scratch. I don't say it will work on a first try.

If there's some easier solution for this or a way to avoid this crap, I would like to know, too, but from what I've seen it's probably Lunar Magic's fault, so you can't do that much about it except of try again.

Here, marked with a red circle is the spot on the main overworld it keeps teleporting me to. If that helps any.

It's a star road, not a warp star, warp stars are those things in Kirby lol
Wow, just wow. Thanks to something in Lm, not matter what I do I can't change the exit index these stars use. I've deleted them, changed them for pipes, delted one and tried to edit the exit settings seperate. Nothing works.

Is there any way to over ride the auto exit index finder?
