I feel I am a rather intelligent person and I don't really like to fight physically, if I can avoid it. Plus, I can float and create fucking black holes.
And I'd be hot. But than again, I'd be mistaken for a girl numerous times.
Edit: Dammit, I'd choose Blaziken as my second choice, no fair.

Krookodiles are crazy badass with nice physical power, which is awesome, but in recent times, Toxicroak has actually become my favorite Pokemon. Being able to benefit from rain and Water-type attacks (including Surf, hoho) and still being a hard-hitter in general with a cool look to him, Toxicroak is really something.
Toxicroak is also the Pokemon I used most on my post-game team in Black.
I'd be that slaking, man. It fits me just perfect.
Also I change my answer. I'd rather be Smeargle, just because he can learn every move. Then I could use Charm, Sleep Powder, Harden, and Pound in that order to get laid whenever I want.

I would like to be Medicham. Medicham has physical and special skills but most likely physical due to its Pure Power ability. If I'm a calm minded person, I would gain my special skills. My girlfriend should be a Shining Starmie from Japan.
I pick Porygon; Also to mention his Evolved forms as Well
It was the First Pokemon I trained up to Level 100
And I evolved it Twice when I got Pokemon Pearl
I renamed him "Ducky" and he knows "Zap Cannon, Blizzard, Solarbeam and Recover!"
Skarmory.
I prefer this Shiny Sprite of Skarmory however, because
1. It looks fuckin badass. I always like the idea of metallic green
2. Doubletail hurr durr
Being a Skarmory, I'm not only the beloved and hated physical spiker, I also can fly and my feather can be used as swords. Frickin awesome green swords!
