As for a ZIP file, notgoodwithusernames made one a while back (thanks!), and it should have all of the entries. Some of the filenames are generic, though, so it might just be better to download them directly, especially if it's only going to be a dozen entries anyway.

While we're on the topic, I appreciate that many of you are taking the feedback in stride regardless of how blunt it can be sometimes. Like I said before, it makes the process worth the effort for me.

Yeah. One way I have been using as a "vanilla" version for side-only hurt blocks is putting cement blocks around the sides you want to get hurt. Of course, if the blocks are anywhere in the way you will have to rearrange the level.

i expected to at least be in the top 30. i understand the type of level i made is a bit subjective and not everyone was gonna dig it, but come on it's not that bad. i think there are plenty of other levels that scored higher that deserve that 61st spot. still i can't deny my level is basically an easter egg hunt for the key. so i understand where all these comments come from. i guess i'll have to take the criticism in stride. but after waiting so long for these results, it stings a bit to hear i placed so dang low.

41th...not bad. I knew that I wasn't going to score too much.

At least I know how to improve my level design.

You guys need to take in the fact that there are 95 other entries here. With that many entries, good entries aren't gonna cut it - you need to be fantastic.

Agreed. Also, you guys really shouldn't let this get you down. The contests are supposed to be for fun, not to win or gain recognition. :/ Having fun was my goal in this contest, and I'd say I succeeded! I enjoyed making that level. Sure, I would've been sad if I hadn't won anything, but I still would've had fun! And that's all that really matters.

My 21th place is the proof that some people don't even have fun playing videogames: Not to boast, but my level was nearly perfect compared to other i have seen. what a pity.
This is a community made of schoolers who just modify SMW for fun and people get worse than Destructoid only to the sake of doing so. Urgh!
I wasn't sure about my place, but 21 is far too low for me. Reading troughout the results, i just know who is the cause of it. bleah.
No i'm not complaining because i didn't win a prize (eew i am not even interested on prizes those times), but "some" reviews are just ridicolous that wear the mask of "professional".
Yes i'm harsh and most of you will order me to chill out... ok, i'll chill out, it was just a consideration... a consideration about somethings that make me laugh.
Basically, i don't care that much.

(who won the contest: no, you deserve it because they were fully functional levels, it's just me that i accept but throw up on my rank).

I wasn't hoping for anything specific, just given the community's general opinion on autoscroll levels (see this thread), I was surprised it wasn't mentioned.

Your level had one of the most lopsided checkpoints in the entire contest and consisted of nothing but carrying items around from Point A to Point B to Point C under almost Daredevil rules. Sure, it looked nice, but that's it- it looked nice. Playing it was a bore especially since it was nothing like what you touted it to be.

There are some levels that had lower scores in the Level Design category, yes, they but also managed to "make up" some lost ground because of their appearance and functionality.
