First, one must become truly angry at someone or something. One must then allow the hate to flow freely through him/her. Finally, once the anger and hate reach their maximum potential (which can be near-impossible for some to accomplish), one will acquire the ability to use lightning hands to overpower any foe that comes their way.
This technique is best used by one who is either of electrical being or is of the Sith, as not as much anger and hate are required for the technique then.
We need a definite rank system which is better than the one we have now, glorious general, commander in chief, sergeant, corporal, lieutenant and stuff like that.
