Been a long while since I got something accepted onto the central, but finally, one of my more better works got on. I've delayed my hacking for a bit to see if this one would make it or not, and thankfully, it did. Anyway, this my C3 Thread.
Okay, here's the thing, I don't know which side I'm on, but I believe I'm on System's side from the look of things. Anyway, here's the hack:
H&SB2: Twilight Gem "Scorpion's Hunt" Second Demo
The demo contains 45 average length levels. Now, there are some levels that are noticably longer than others, the Corrupt Factory, and Treble Tower are the only two as far as I'm aware, but I'll allow others to be the judge of that. This hack, just like "Scorpion's Ravage" (H&SB1) is chock full of secrets. Litterally, there is a secret in every level, except maybe the very first mind you. Some levels might contain more than one. I've put a lot of work into this to make it as fair and as fun as possible.
For one thing, I'm trying to keep this hack with completely original graphics, no rips in it what so ever. Now, with that said, over this C3 period, I'll try and release a few of my graphics, mainly the world 2 or over because those are more better ones. I will not release Twilight area graphics, and more so, I will not release sprite graphics because they're all based on the Devious Four Chronicles; therefore, they would not fit in.
Also, do not complain to me about the story; this hack is not to be taken seriously. The story is original, and lots will probably find it tacky. If you only want to play the game, just skip the cutscenes by pressing "Start", the Overworld will guide you to your location.
Now, with that said, if you want a good laugh, quite a few actually; then don't skip the cutscenes, you're bound to laugh at a few of them. I wanted to make this hack a literal joke hack; you know, filled with clever puns and what not. Anyway, enjoy.
