Something strange happened to my Fireball Patch which makes the sprites don't spawn a coin after be fired. It was giving infinite coins (not spawning, just increasing the coin counter infinitely). So, I applied the Patch again and then the coin error was fixed, but, after it, everytime the player reach the Goal Tape, the game freezes.
He means open your hack in Translhextion, a tool (that I think you can find in the tools section), then search for x03135, and edit it to 4C 91 B0 EA 80.
Line breaks don't separate anything. Just continue typing and you'll reach the next line. (Alternatively, change the window size so the bytes are on one line.)
