3 beta testers
(not necesscary, but I would like a custom boss creator)

Fix the palettes, dont use the same GFX for BG and FG and you will be fine.

Floating vines are bad. Background's... tacky at best.

The skulls and such in blocks at the top are a neat touch, though... your main ground blocks look garbled.

This background is repetitive, though actually not that bad. The actual level looks somewhat boring, however.

Ick. Very tacky palette and BG, with garbage tiles at the bottom.

Power thwomp corridors are a rather terrible idea, if they're used early on in the hack. This actually seems to be the best of your shots, as I can't see anything eye-burning about it.

The ground and background are garbled, along with a crappy palette.

Overall, I'd say you've got a long way to go. I see you're trying, though, and I respect that. Play some featured hacks to get an idea of what to do in your own.

Sorry for the double post but I fixed allmost all of the problems Bloodstar has seen (except for some, I realized i have to reinsert the EXGFX because they share the same palette, I'll do it when my computer is free (I'm using my Dads comp, my brother is using mine))

I also wanted to say that the power thwomp corridor will be part an extra level leading to a Bonus level.

Also if anyone would like to be a background designer, the position is open (I could do it myself, but I do terrible backgrounds)

Sometime later I will add some new screens. Thats all I have to say for now.

The brown bricks you have are the bricks from Bowser's castle in SMB3 you knew that right?
