Tip: By pressing Shift while placing event tiles, they will be made "silent" and will not appear until a map transition happens. Always use silent event tiles to draw paths in other maps (i.e. a Vanilla Dome event while the player is on the main map), or glitchy tiles may appear.
Yes, we all know about the dreaded end of the Mian (however you spell it) Calendar, but I want to know your thoughts on the situations. Many people are so strung to the thought the world is going to end, others could care less.
As for me, I do not think the world is going to fall apart, natural disasters everywhere, Nostradomus is a psychic, blah blah blah. But I do have one theory. When it is close to the "End Day", there will be some extremists taking this too seriously. There also may be a possibility of breakout of a war. But who knows? That is what I think is going to happen anyways. So what about you guys?

It's "couldn't care less." COULDN'T. If you say they could care less you're implying that they do care to a degree.
Holy fuck

Thank you

i'm gonna sit in my house, get high, and watch all the idiots panic and/or streak before midnight, then when they realize an hour later they're not dead, they'll feel incredibly stupid for quitting their jobs.
I'll do exactly the same as what I did for the rapture; put on about 8 pairs of 3D glasses and get ready for the show in a totally serious way, completely absent of sarcasm in any shape or form.
When their calendar ends, it's just going to do the same thing as another calendar would do, start at a new beginning. Keep in mind, that people have predicted the end of the world, at least 96 times. And from what I've heard, they say that the end of time would NOT be on a predicted date, if at all. In fact, I heard there was already a prediction for the end to come sometime in 2016.
Nonetheless, when the day comes, I'm going to go on Facebook and say:
I WAS RIGHT!

I'd find it hilarious if the world actually ended on December 21. No one could say he/she hadn't been warned about it numerous times.
And I'd be totally fine with never having to graduate from school.

Location: Where Nostradamus predicted the person who will destroy the world was born in, wherever that is.
The world won't end that way. That's probably just the date World War III will start or the Internet will be permanently shut down because all the antipiracy measures failed or something like that. Not the end of the world, the end of the world as we know it.

I was taught to believe that no one knows when the world will end, so predictions are useless. It's like someone is thinking of a number between one and one trillion and you have to try to guess it precisely.

4 days before Christmas, aww shucks. Everyone better tell their children that there will be no Christmas this year! I wonder if some parents actually would do that haha. Wouldn't put it passed some people =P
Make another shitpost and you're getting some grey paint for a while. Do not come into a thread to simply act as a grammar Nazi.
On topic: The same thing happened last year on May 21st when that one priest (forget his name) made a prediction that the "first signs of the end" would come. Of course, nothing came, and a bunch of people ended up killing themselves over it. 2012 will be more of the same, though on a larger scale - riots, panic, suicides, but in the end I imagine nothing big will happen.

Teens get really drunk and start shit here for fun (or at least us on the east side). This'll just be an ever greater excuse for them.
Also I think the world ending in a few months is stupid. It might by chance, but we don't know when the world will end.
Oh well, there's going to be all kinds of people that'll commit suicide and murder will skyrocket, so it looks like we'll finally have some population control.
I was sure I wrote something relevant to the topic :s
But anywho, this whole 2012 thing isn't gonna happen. There's hundreds, if not, thousands of apocalypses, Armageddons, raptures, and technology going haywire that's been predicted ever since humans evolved. And, as someone, no one knows when exactly is the time we all go extinct, though it will happen.
