Most levels in this hack were too short and empty, there weren't too many enemies around, and the few enemies you placed were generally in places where they can't hit Mario; so pretty much your levels consisted mostly on running straight forward and avoiding pits from time to time, which is not really hard if there aren't any enemies around. You also have a few repetitive segments in some levels like at the end of "Bulletly Lake". I advise you to make your levels longer and with more and well-placed enemies; also, it's better if the player faces more than one enemy at the time, actually, you can combine enemies to create clever obstacles for the player. The level "Cave of Wonder" is one of the few levels in the hack which had a good design in my opinion, I advise you to base yourselves on that level to fix the other ones (don't make a carbon copy of it everywhere though); if you need more references, I advise you to play some recently accepted hacks
so you can see what kind of design we are expecting from you.
Another thing you should fix is the final boss, all I had to do is jump on his head twice, which is really anti-climatic. Normally, I'm not to picky about bosses, but I'm sure nobody wants to fight a final boss that can be beaten in five seconds.
Other than that, there are a few minor mistakes that I recomend you to fix but aren't removal reasons on their own:
-The torpedo teds go behind the background in this level.
-When the lightning strikes here, the background doesn't revert to its original colors.
-There's a cutoff in the mountain in the background.
-Luigi's OW graphics look more like Mario dressed in black, rather than Luigi. Speaking of the Overworld, The space zone could be better designed.
