Mine is Audacious; plays anything you throw at it, (even SPC) lightweight, and doesn't try to do everything (cough banshee cough iTunes) - my preferred choice.

foobar2000. Doesn't try to be fancy, actually plays anything you throw at it (even SID, USF, GSF, PSF, Adlib, ... who cares - providing you have the right components installed).

Mine too. For me, the best.
I'm with everyone else. foobar2000 has a simplistic interface anyone can use, yet it can play practically every sound file you wish. Not to mention it's very speedy, unlike a lot of media players that mildly lag and take ages to open.
