Your description sounds like a familiar storyline. Also you should have someone proofread your description if English isn't your strongest language. It also says your game is 5 levels, but I could only access 3 but play 2 of them. It's all explained why in the removal reasons:

Your title screen just consists of Mario hopping around in a box. You should change Mario's titlescreen movements. That's a suggestion though.


Also your menu palette isn't the greatest.


Hammer bros sprite is glitched.


This pipe leads me to an infinite bonus room.


Your FG and BG palettes are hard to distinguish.


I got in the ground.


When I go in a pipe I should come out of a pipe. Also when I hit that goal tape the layer 3 water disappears.


I enter this level and win instantly. Looks like your testing stages got mashed in your regular game.


Side note:
Be sure to test your entire hack before submitting it. Beating a level upon entering it is an automatic removal reason. Plus, after 'beating' the level, the path won't open to proceed to the next one.

It looks like the patch was slightly corrupted. Not corrupted to the point that the entire game screws up, but enough that quite a few things are out of place. Either that or he deliberately did not play his own hack under the assumption that the hack mods are his testers (which they are not).
