Maybe this was already posted here (I will not check all the 62 pages to find it), but how do I make scrolling texture works? I want to make some kind of a waterfall in my level.

In the special material tab of the level importer, check enable scrolling textures, than you have to set a few parameters. Clicking on a parameter name will make its description to appear.

To my knowledge, it won't appear in TT64, but it should appear in-game.

Regarding my last post, does anyone, anyone at all, know where the code can be found?

No, if it doesn't work try increasing the number of polygons and group in sketchup the waterfall model.

I found a glitch in Peach's Christmas Invitation, whenever I hop on Yoshi, Mario disappears! Help please!

lol that happend before kaze made mario appear on yoshi. I still have the rom when that happend. but I don't know how to fix it. your only chance is kaze himself I suggest.

Ah, I see. Well, about the gravity thing. I found a 2 byte value at 25699E that affects the gravity, so the routine could be referencing that number. If anyone finds it, PM me or post here.

Does anyone know where the Cap Switch is. I tried using the model Id and Behavior posted a few pages back, and I have the Cap Switch Bank enabled, but it doesn't show up in TT64. Also I can't seem to get the star doors to work. I used the "inside castle" bank and it showed up as an unknown object. It also freezes the game when I go near it.

Cap Switch object is not listed in TT64, you have to build it manually by selecting the Model ID and Behaviour. You can copy the parameters from a cap switch in any of the cap course.
I have the same problem with the star door, I can't get it to work since level importer 1.8S.

I think you should, but you should at least post the version that fixed the invisible Mario glitch (if you have it).
Hello everyone! I'm new on this community and I have some problems with something. First, what I want to do, is to replace the Star 3D Model with Mario's Cap. SO, I've found this gameshark code on the Internet :

8133B4D6 8B9C

This code, replace Mario with a star. Som basically, 8133B4D6 is Mario's object ID (I think) and, 8B9C is the Star graphics. I can find the graphic pointers of the other objects. For exemple, I can transform Mario into a fish. Like what I'm not stupid. But my question is, where do you find that 8133B4D6 but instead, for the star? Thanks for your answers.

No, I want to replace the star with Mario's cap. So, instead of collecting stars, you collect caps.

I have the same problem with the star door, I can't get it to work since level importer 1.8S.

Found it, thanks. For future reference the ModelID is 85 and the Behavior is 460.

Nevermind, I found how. But the cap is still invisible...

Does anyone know where the printf function is in SM64 and what arguments it takes?
How would I set up a clock function in a level, such as timing you during a slide?

people are molesting me recently on skype with all sorts of shit, so i logged in after someone showed me threads/posts like this, cuz they found it funny, that ppl are still writing about me/thinking im hiding behind some fake accounts. Is it that hard to understand that i got bored of hacking after not having any good models/achieving all skills i wanted to?
also, i was quite disappointed, cuz i had to rely on other humans to get models/music, so i decided to do something else.
