This is a vanilla hack.
First level is a kind of transition between SMW original and my SMW, so it looks like original first level (but is not same as), but don't worry, level 1 is the only one to be similar to original SMW

This wasn't bad for a first hack, I liked how you shaped the overworld as a map of Europe, and the level design was a little better than other hacks I rejected, but it's still not good enough to pass the moderation.

Most of your levels are really short and mostly empty, this means most of the time there are almost no enemies arround, this goes from small segments with no enemies to complete rooms and even levels with no enemies at all; segments like this where I just have to ride a skull raft and jump from time to time also qualify as empty segments. It's important you avoid these kind of situations in your hack, because the players doesn't need to do anything except run or wait. There were also several flat segments in the hack, this is when there is almost no terrain variations and I just have to run straightforward like here or here and at other places I didn't took screenshots, try to have more land variations so he player doesn't need to run straight forward. Finally, you also had several repetitive segments, where I have to go through similar areas arround the level, or face the same enemies, like here or here; this wasn't a very recurring problem in your hack, but it was mostly notable in "London Ghost House" where I had to guess which door was the right one and I was sent back to the beginning if I guessed wrong, this means I have to redo the whole level again which is really annoying.

Other than the level design issues, there are also a few problems you should fix before getting you hack accepted:

-Avoid making structures out of cement blocks like this one as they don't look really good.
-Avoid these kind of situatios as well, if I'm big Mario passing through these narrow areas is really annoying.
-In "Cliffs of Dover" the diagonal pipe shoots me to a hole if I don't move, this is not anything major but I advise you to change it. Also, when I'm shoot from said pipe the level becomes slippery even if there's no ice or anything that would make it slippery.
-In "British caves" I can easily enter the door with Yoshi if I'm small Mario.
-You should revise your message boxes more carefully, some of them were empty, some were unedited and some were in French. If you want to make your hack in French that's perfectly fine, but then you should have all your message boxes in French.
-In Yoshi's House, there's a pipe which not only looks bad because it's placed on a screen boundarie, but also leads to a series empty, repetitive and flat rooms and blatant edit of some of the original sublevels including the original "TEST" level. You should get rid of all this.
-I noticed the first level was really similar to Yoshi's Ilsand 2, I understand the idea behind that, but I advise you to make all your levels from a scratch instead of having edits of other levels.

In the description you asked if it was a good idea to continue thiis game. Yes, you should continue to work in this, but first make sure you improve your level design and fix the other issues I mentioned. I advise you to play some recently accepted hacks so you can get a better idea of what kind of levels we expect to see in your hacks.
