Yes I am finally active enough to vote / get voted!!!!!!

Well, I don't think I'm winning anything (I'm just an user between bunchs of others, unless you want to vote me to least likely to win an award or biggest postcount++er - oh wait it isn't there D:), but I'll enjoy voting. I'll think carefully in each category before choosing someone. :)
Oh, I've got a question, the 'best post layout' category is for the layout creators (i.e. if I was going to vote for Vitor Vilela's layout, I'd vote Tahix), right?

It's for the people who use the layout, not for the creator. It's always been like that. If you're going to vote for Vitor Vilela's layout, you vote for Vitor Vilela.

I never made part of a mosts voting, but this ones seems to miss categories such as biggest postcount++er (one I actually had chance to win D:) and most helpful (unless this one is at the C3 votes actually).
Well I got two votes in stuff by Archie and I'm really thankful to him, also damn happy.
