Haha, didn't expect you to be the first one who posts here. But I think you missunderstood a thing, these are not my levels (except from the 3rd last screenshot) because this is a team hack. I just got leader yesterday xD And the overworld was made by Qbee, it's genius. Probably going to fix the lines.
Could I claim Level 12F? My idea is a grinder factory. What could be inside this level:
1. Grinder generators which spawn grinders. (Captain Obvious strikes back)
2. These grinders could be used as a "shooter". They´re reaching the end of a line and fly to mario. I hope you understood that... ^^`
3. Maybe the second part of the level is a "spinjump ride". The grinders spawn from the left side and you have to use them to move around the level. Should spinjumping be used often? We can discuss that.
4. Your ideas?
So what do you think? Could I claim this level? I decide later what the tileset mix has to look like. ^^

It's yours. These are awesome ideas I think. Spinjumping Segments as second half are okay, just not make it to long, since it is after the midpoint, because there's also a boss ;) Are you going to code a boss or do a noobbossedit yourself or should this be given to an unspecific person?

Yours. Do you have any ideas for the level yet? Since it's the last level before the castle it could be everything, just a normal forest level for outroing the world or even something gimmicky special.

I give the boss to someone who is able to code a good boss because it´s one of the last worlds and the bosses should be something special. And they will be not special if I code them!

ClearYoshi came up with the story why we made chages to it so Wario
and Alcry could be in it.

I've also been wanting to use this as the background, if that's possible. If it's allowed, I can change its colors to a more honey-ish feeling.

I'm rather partial to Wigglers, so this sounds like a fine idea! All team hacks need a Wiggler forest level anyway.
On the topic of the BG, I would suggest making a quick mock-up so the rest of us can observe the style contrast. I think one of our main goals is to have a somewhat consistent style. Other than that, I say go for it!
I've done some stuff for my current Ice Mountain level, so I'm going to post my current Map16 and BG for people to comment on the palette.
Seriously, I'm posting my last Base ROM update. Well, the current link in the first post is automatically updated because the filename is the same.
Anyway, I have to mention that I've forgotten to include some resources in the ZIP file, mainly some compositions. But tomorrow I'll send them to Metal, and they'll be on charge of everything for real. However, if somebody notices there's missing something else, please let me know via PM.
