Desription: Two blocks: one is solid if the level is beaten; the other is opposite. unlike any other block in the archive, this block relies on level flags. that way, one block will work in all levels. no massive amounts of work required.

Reason for removal: I was unable to get it to work for all levels. For example it didn't work for levels 105 and 106, but it worked for level 001. My deduction is that it is incompatible with levels past 024. (Note: All tested on Yoshi's Island submap).
