You'll need to work harder on your hack if you want it to be accepted here. Your levels are really short and don't even take 100 game seconds to clear, which isn't much. Your levels are also really empty, this means they have several segments with few or no enemies at all, most of the time, the player has to face only one enemy at a time (except for a few areas in the first level) like here, which isn't really exiting. Finally your levels contain a lot of repetitive segments like here or here, segments like these make your level boring because the player has to go through the same obstacles again.

I also found a few more particular issues:
-here if I don't bring the P-switch I'm stuck and must commit suicide. Similarly, here if I don't make it through before the P-switch ends I'm stuck and must kill myself again.
-Here and here you used the bottom row in Lunar Magic, which is bad because it doesn't appear in-game.
-The green switch palace was just a straight-forward run with no enemies and a lot of flying 1-ups. Generally, lives should be harder to obtain than that, and being so generus with 1-ups is not really a good thing, also, I advise you to give the level an actual design with enemies to make it a bit more entertaining.
-This isn't really a removal reason, but your overworld could use some work. See this image, blue means missing corner tile, red means perspective error and green means cutoff.
-I don't know how you managed to do this since you only used original SMW music, but the sound breaks on snes9x. If you used ROMI's addmusic in your ROM you should try to re-insert your music with the newly released addmusic K. Take in mind that this is not a removal reason but I strongly recomend you to fix it so your hack will be compatible with all major emulators.

Fix the issues I mentioned as well as your level design and your hack will be accepted. Read the hack submission guidelines and play some recently accepted hacks to get a better idea of how to make your hack.

HuFlungDu's AddMusic breaks original cave music. I've a version of this track that works in it.
