happens in the "Koura Crevice" level.
new base ROM came out recently and that problem has not been fixed yet.
And no ability to save the game other than using save states.
Doesn't the game autosave every time you move to whatever point on the map?

Yeah, getting wings with Yoshi in any level seems to be breaking the hack at the moment. I'll have to add it to the pre-beta bug list.

I have no idea if it was mentioned or not, but you can turn the goal roulette sprite into a coin if you press the gray P-Switch. You can do this in Opulent Oasis. I bet people wouldn't carry this switch that far, but well... it can make this level unbeatable.

EDIT: The wing glitch does appear in any level, indeed. The same happens in Smoggy Steppe and you can't get one SMWC-Coin without the shell.
Did Jelectro/Boss Jelectro ever get their proper, not ripped, graphics?
The goal roulette can play sfx twice or more if the player touches it again in it's "rised" state (it still "interactable" once the goal music starts playing and about to freeze the player).

Surprise I has more bugs (some of which may not be fixed because ZSNES)

Hub - Inside Building (happens on Snes9X and ZSNES)
Using the jukebox, setting the tempo to a non-zero value, then pressing START to exit the jukebox keeps the tempo modification

After doing this with a value of -20 three times, most music in the game has its tempo underflow and become stupidly fast - playing a death theme after this kills the music [ZSNES ONLY]

Fadeouts are still broken

Crystalline Citadel still allows you to exit the screen

Good catch. I thought I did enough to prevent that, but something must have gone wrong.

So uh, if I understood right, if I fix the first bug this won't happen. None of the songs underflow in tempo normally anyway.

e: I'll send in a fixed version this weekend.
Because I'm not finished:

- I have only collected the first SMWC coin in this level yet it says I have all three (I Start/Selected out of Switch Scamper which I did collect all three in
- Sprite tile limitations?

-Does saving actually work in the new Base? Cause no matter what I do, it seems to not save the game at all, even when I beat like a castle or a ghost house or a switch palace.

-Is there going to be some method to skip a cutscene we've seen before? Cause I don't want to watch the opening over and over again due to the above problem.

-The Battle with Doc Croc does not have the proper theme. (It still plays "Factory Fumes", when it should play "Be the Hero".)

-Speaking of Doc Croc, the battle with him has the original SMW Bob-Omb Graphics. Might wanna fix that.

No, the patch was never re-applied yet.

Kipernal hasn't implemented it yet. Use savestates until then.

- Wrong text messages show in some places.
- Wrong music is playing in some areas (like in the sky map - sky castle music is playing).
- In Radiatus Ruins there are custom enemies which die right when spawned.
- Crash after using the teleportation device in Cumulus Chapel.
- Crash when entering the world 6 boss battle.
- Is the high pressure water really supposed to be in the secret water sublevel of Brutal Beach Bash? I have played this level before Hydrostatic Halt and I had no idea that you had to press the up button to jump higher and as a result I was stuck.

Tested in SNES9x.
If you get 100 coins and then the DKC HUD goes from 99 to 00 during the "wrap to 00", then you can see a glitch tile flickers for 1 frame. perhaps it does the order:

1) increments the number
2) display that number on screen on HUD, even if >99 (glitch tile).
3) subtract coins 100 to 00 a frame after.
