Should be very useful if you want to optimize it for other languages.
Since N64rip doesn't allow monochrome, you may have to use Tile Molestor or a hex editor.

All these addresses are correct, however, it is technically not monochrome 1bpp. It is actually 4-bit IA (3-bit intensity, 1 bit alpha), so there are 8 levels of intensity. The tiles appear to be layed out in a different pixel ordering too because it appears they are rotated and mirrored (16x8). The intensity levels will only show up in the white text, though. Here is an example where I added a shadow to the C:

N64rip actually supports IA4 mode:

The table that maps the SM64 encoded text to the corresponding texture is actually contained here as well. Starting at offset 0x77E8-0x7BE7 in the MIO0 block (80A93E-80AD3D in the extended ROM).

Happen to know where the Japanese letters are located in the Japanese ROM?

The Japanese letters will be in the corresponding font and hud MIO0 block, but I think they are actually 1bpp and 8x16. In the (J) ROM, this MIO0 block is 1076D0-112B50. You'll need to decompress it to get at the characters. You can use sm64extend to generate an extended version of the (J) ROM to get at the data, or an experimental version of n64split to rip the texture data. There are both English characters starting at offset 0x7100 (ext. (J) 809C8A) and Japanese characters, at starting at 0x7420 (ext. (J) 809FAA) in the MIO0 block. Here is an example from Tile Molester with the following settings: offset:00809FAA, codec:1bpp, 1x10 tiles:

Similarly, there are lookup tables to map the characters to the textures at around offset 0x8338 (ext. (J) 80AEC2).
Finally, thanks!
Can you send the actual japanese characters? i CANT get them i've tried every method.

What size and or format is Peach's signature? It's coming out weird and striped blue and white.

The peach signature is 64x32 IA8. You can find all of the textures listed on the Origami64 wiki: https://wiki.origami64.net/super_mario_64/textures
Wondering if anyone knows about Mario's BONK texture: as in the yellow stars that animate whenever Mario hits a wall.
