So here i will cover on how to make a wall-jump. If there is anything that needs to be edited, Please inform me.

Q-What's a Wall-jump?
A-A wall-jump is an specific trick or glitch (however you wanna call it) that can be done by running at the right time and speed.

Q-Can anyone explain me how it's done?
A-Here it goes

If you are using SNES9X follow these next steps:

Open up your ROM in your emulator,After that choose a level in order to perform a wal-jump,OK Click on "Cheat", You'll see many options, The one we need to click-on is at "Search for New Cheats".

Now there will be a box called "Cheat Search" and you'll see alot of adresses and much, much more. So look up a cheat, The one we need is (7300EB) This code will show almost at the bottom of the screen how fast mario is running. Normally Mario's velocity to wall-jump is 33, but that's not true, There's actually 2 speeds, numbers, etc. it's 33 and 48. But it's easier with 48 cause' you mostly won't be able to do it with 33. But if you want with first Velocity, go ahead.

We'll need to slow the game down, so in SNES9X configure the settings to slowdown. OK, Let's get started!
Finally...

So we start the level, so we run and run and run until we see a wall, That's were the trick gets part of the action, we slow the game down. when we get near the wall we jump. Pay attention cause this is the hard part:

make sure that when we jump it's at 48, if it's not im afraid you'll have to do it all over again, so if you run and suddenly you're standing in between 2 blocks, that's when you jump. repeat the same part over and over until you finally press at the right time, ¡CONGRATULATIONS! ¡you finally did a wall-jump!

Q-So i did all that's in here, from the part where you slow down, until the part were you have to repeat the same part over and over, so why don't i wall-jump?
A-Wall-jumping only happens when Mario is in between 2 blocks. for example, Let's say i want to wall-jump in a ledge, The tile will "act" like a block, so when you're still and/or you fall that's when you jump. Here's an image:
