First of all, I don't see how this is any faster than pressing F1 and using a scrollbar, then using mouse gestures to swap between the sublevels. In fact, looking though this list seems much slower.

Second, designers should be pressing Ctrl+Del anyway to clear the original levels, including exits. I really don't see a need for this document.
