Anyways, I believe that a noob would be anyone who understands little-to-none of the intricacies of SMWC. (Intricacies include users and their quirks, on-site memes, notable events, etc.)

Also, I don't consider people noobs by means of post count, badges, or wither they have submitted anything. If they have a streak of shitty and irreverent posts (unintentionally done so, I do it on purpose), I'd classify that as noobish.
