I downloaded a bunch of music, but I can't insert it

- Addmusic 405 won't work because my ROM is 4 MB
- AddmusicM can't find my ROM for some reason
- Super Add Music is in Mexican, so I can't use it

WHAT DO I DO?

That shouldn't be a problem, the tool works just fine with ROMs of that size. If you're still having problems with that, it's probably be something else fault.

That's odd. Make sure that:
    - your ROM is in the same folder as AddMusicM.pl;
    - your ROM name does not contain spaces (maybe there's a way to make that work, but I can't seem to get it, so just nuke the spaces);

lolwut
I removed the spaces from the ROM's name and put it in the same folder as Addmusic, but it still won't work!

How exactly are you using addmusic?
I'm clicking on Addmusic and then typing in the rom's name

(In this case, MDA.srm)

You'll need to insert the song to [romname].smc, not .srm!
Try using AddMusic405 this way.

1. Get a clean rom, and put it in the addmusic folder.
2.Copy cmd into the addmusic folder.
3. Open up cmd, and type, addmusic.exe [romname].smc -se , and press enter
4. Place your music in the appropriate folders, (overword music goes in OW, level music goes in LEVEL.
5. Find the addmusic config file, and open it. To add overworld music go to [OVERWORLD] and type in [yourmusicname].txt in one of the numbers under [OVERWORLD]
Do the same with level music under the [LEVEL] section.
6. Save your changes. Open up cmd, and type addmusic.exe [romname].smc
do not type -se. Press enter
if it says "Insertion has been successful!", you did it right.
There should be a Microsoft common console document in your folder. This displays the song titles.
7. Open up the rom, and change the music in a level.

Hope this helps
