And in Brawl you could use Captain Falcon on Port Town and use his Final Smash at any time, even if the Blue Falcon is already on the track at the time.

Yeah, I probably should've expected Toon Link with WWHD coming out recently. People at my school jizzing over WW... sort of saddens me (one kid got a Wii U to play it and he already owns the original)

I'll honestly say I'm surprised to see Toon Link because of him been in one of the 3DS stages....... Nice Plot Twist

Well, now I might be at least mildly interested in this, after playing a bit of Super Smash Bros. Brawl with my brother and sister. Still not enough to buy it at full price, but enough to consider buying it eventually, though it might be good to get the first two games as well. Though, I have to say, I don't know why they are putting it on the 3DS as well as the Wii U...a game like this really isn't suited for a handheld console at all. I know you can still play single-player mode and online, but...this is the kind of game that really works best with local multiplayer. And for all we know, that could mean that the Wii U version will be scaled back to be more similar to the 3DS one. I do hope, though, that if I do get it, they keep the control customization and let you play with a GamePad, Pro Controller, or Classic Controller (the Wiimote and Nunchuck can just go die)...and let you use the D-pad or left analog stick and map "smash" to something else.

I'm working on a hack! Check it out here. Progress: 64/95 levels.

They've heavily implied that the two versions are going to be somewhat different, and I think they wouldn't cripple their game just because a lesser version of it exists. Although it's probably not going to get cheaper for a while, Brawl is still $30.

The new characters are good and all, but where's Ness and Lucas?

Seriously, this game needs MOTHER or I ain't buyin'.

Woah woah woah, you never played smash Bros before? You poor thing...

Ness is virtually guaranteed to be in it, due to his inclusion in the first one. Lucas probably won't, because they're stripping away some of the clones, but here's to hoping Poo or Jeff make it in.

You'd think they would reveal one of them when Earthbound launched on the Wii U VC considering how they have been revealing characters. Maybe they're secret characters (Ness, at least) and that's why they didn't reveal him yet, then again Toon Link seems like a secret character, so why not?

I'd rather have a less cloney Mother character though.

I'd guess a new stage or Xerneas as a Pokeman, Xerneas doesn't really seem like an option for a new character.

Xerneas is too new to be a playable character. I agree with Egadd.
