SECONDARY COLORS

Remember how I said I would never go back and create COLORS 2? I wasn't lying.

This is a sequel to COLORS. I would write up a long-winded post about why I decided to create this and what it takes, but frankly I don't think anyone cares. Instead, I offer you a demo of the hack containing the first level. I hope you enjoy.

I liked it very much, I just didn't understand the end of the level. Is it supposed to not even have an exit or such? Or did I make something wrong?

The demo only contains the first level. There's no way to exit.
Loved the original COLORS. I cannot wait to see what this demo contains.

I'm not sure I'm a fan of how much precision this requires, especially that first yellow block bounce and the little pool of water after it. Are you sure you want this to be the first level? Maybe it's because I haven't played the original COLORS, but having so many different colored blocks thrown at me in one stage was kind of overwhelming.

Still a neat concept for a hack, though :b

The original COLORS was designed to be very hard, much like old arcade games. This time around I hope to make it even harder.

Oh, and if you haven't noticed, I removed the life counter. You get as many tries as you need to beat the level.
I remember playing the first COLORS and how difficult that was meant to be. Assuming you make the second one harder, the life counter should stay removed, but maybe you could make it a longer game than the first, seeing as how you have no game overs (unless the player quits).

I admit that the beginning requires a lot of precision, but at least you have infinite lives and you restart right at that segment of the level. Starting off the level like that could have bee intentional, and thanks for telling me what the pink blocks were doing, I honestly didn't know when I was playing it.
