SMW2+2 Released!

Yeah, it'd be nice if I could've included all 6 worlds, but I really wanted to fit in the Secret levels to do something different, that no one has done before.

And yay for over 60 replies.

Oh, and one more thing. Even though it's only happened once to me, in 5-1 where the pinball flippers and the question mark bucket are closer together, they sometimes share graphics...

But that's about it. Now I'm off to complete Secret 5! >

Well I finally finished it. I must say this was a very fun hack. The last level was cool as well, I always thought you should've done something like that. I don't want to spoil it, but you know what I mean. I didn't get 100% on all levels, especially here:



I think you supposed to push that Chomp Roc up the hill and let it roll down and destroy the dirt, but I can't get enough speed/time to push it up there as that train.......

Anyways, it's a great hack. Thanks to to this hack, Fabio's demo, and SNN's hack, they all rekindled my love for Yoshi Island. I just hope my YI hack brings something new and different to the table like you guys did. Good job.

Oh yes, I really wanted to put that in for the last level. I bet you were able to guess way in advance, right? ;)

As for that flower, you do have to push it up the hill so it rolls back and breaks the dirt. Just push it up all the way, then let it roll back down. Once it reaches the top of the hill, I'd advise getting out of the way of the rock a bit. It might hit the train as it's rolling down and slow it down, so that may be your problem.

I've just finished World 2 and I'd like to say that I'm very impressed with what you've done. This is one of the best rom hacks I've ever seen.

Could you please help me with 100-percenting level 2-1? I can't seem to find one of the flowers. Here's what I've found so far:

* Above a frog on the second screen
* Accessible after stomping down a stake
* Accessible by helicopter, in vertical area with bouncy ball at bottom
* Under some donut blocks in the clouds

Edit: Nevermind, I read through the thread and found a previous mention and solution. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Well I beat this game a while ago. I should have 100s on all levels but for some reason I missed a red coin on 5-Secret, which is strange because I found them all on the first playthrough (I missed a flower). But since the level is so long I just didn't feel like trying a third time. In a sense I did get 100% everything. ;)

Superb game GY. It was amazing. It truly felt like it could have been made by Nintendo themselves. That's the highest praise I think I can give.
