It's beginning to look just like an ice world...well, actually, it was in my last post here, but whatever. I wouldn't bother with a demo at this point, and
definitely don't shoot for a C3 release, but getting it finished by the end of 2014 might be doable. (11—or 12?—levels in 13 days...)
Anyway, about the levels themselves...
7-2: Interesting concept for a level.
7-3: Well, it's hard to say much from two screenshots, though I do hope you got those ceiling Buzzies working properly. The graphics here almost look a little bit Sonic-esque.
7-4: Nice, a high-altitude snowy level. And it looks like you've done quite a bit with the gimmick as well.
7-5: I like the crystal-y aesthetics of this one, though I notice that because of the translucency, the pipes don't hide the Torpedo Ted launchers properly....
7-6: This one looks pretty cool as well. I like the night atmosphere. Though are you sure those Flurries have the proper palette?
7-F: You might want to have those moving blocks shifted up one pixel. The code at the end of this post should do the trick if you want to use it. The stage looks pretty nice, though, with a nice variety, and I like those Icebars. Though I think your Ice Birdo is missing her bow.
7-7: I still say you could have had more enemy types in this one (maybe some flying Bumpties or ice-spitting Volcano Lotuses or something?), but it works. Should be a pretty decent level.
7-S: Also a nice combination of aesthetics and gimmicks. About all it needs now to complete the snowball theme would be a reskinned Chomp Rock sprite (or better yet, the actual pushable snowball sprite from YI).
7-C: BOMBS! This one should be fun. I really like the look of the outside section, even if I'm not a fan of autoscroll. (And are you sure a Mouser reskin won't be too easy for a World 7 boss?) Also, do you have parallax on that background? You could have the clouds scrolling at a different rate from the castle walls.
I must admit, I thought this world was a bit too large...the only other one with that many levels was World 4, and there are lots of different things that can be done with a forest world. But you seem to have done a pretty decent job of keeping with the theme while still having enough variety. I suppose the cold never bothered me anyway.
And now, the code I mentioned:
Code!Bnk1Freespace = $01FFF6
org $0182F3
dw !Bnk1Freespace
org !Bnk1Freespace
LDA $D8,x
BNE $03
DEC $14D4,x
DEC $D8,x
RTS

I'm working on a hack! Check it out
here. Progress: 64/95 levels.
