The General Resource Help Thread

In New Super Mario World 2: Around the world there are two levels that I would like to know where the background is for. The first one is on 13-1 but the second is on 13-5.

Btw, I searched Images for both levels instead of playing that level. Not bothering to play 12 worlds again in such a short time.
