From a code perspective here are some improvements you can make:
For both) They seem suspiciously like block creator -- which is not allowed to be submitted. Assuming that you made there however here is an analysis of both blocks.
1) Fireball Shatter
This one is pretty good only a minor change here, you can consolidate the labels to a single RTL to save some bytes. Overall, pretty good though simple and to the point.
2) Player Shatter
This one would need more work as there is a lot of redundant code. None of the branches you had are required, and on top of this, none of them would do anything if you did need them as they point to the next instruction always.
