Hey guys, it has been a while since I have wrote anything so... Hi haha. Anyway, I need some good drinking game ideas, and I guess this could be a place to discuss drinking games as well for the sake of making this a useful thread =D
Well here are a couple I already know about:
-Beer Pong (obvs)
-King's Cup
-Power Hour
-Century Club (pretty much an extended game of Power Hour)
-Rule Time
-F*** The Dealer (not that way...)
-Ricochet (Also made my own version of this)
-A**hole
-Boat/Boot Race
-Quarters
-Battleship
-Flip Cup
I wanted to find some more awesome and original drinking games, if you could share some that would be great, I need some more for a little party before I go to Boot Camp, so this... this is going to be an all night function, so no idea/suggestion is a bad one hahaha.
If you wanna know what some of these games are, ask me, I will answer! I will be checking this every day until Friday, so do not be afraid to suggest =)
Screw it, I will explain a few.
-POWER HOUR/CENTURY CLUB-
I am not sure if you wanna consider this a game, maybe just a... "socializing technique" haha. Well in power hour you make a music set, about 60 minutes long (100min. if Century Club), and what is recommended is to have 60 (or 100) 1 minute tracks. You have 6 (or 10) cups/cans per person. Every 10 songs, you must finish 1 drink. I guess you could modify this to any time that you would like, say seventy minutes and 7 drinks, 45 minutes and 5 drinks, one every 9 minutes, not sure if you would wanna do that though lol.
-BATTLESHIP-
Pretty easy. Two Teams. Two lines of cups filled with beer, you choose how many cups per ships. Two Quarters. So you have two lines of cups, each representing a team. They should be side by side, a foot apart. You may decide a way who goes first. Anyway whoever goes first gets to bounce the quarter at the opposing team's "ship". You must bounce the quarter over your ship, and into their ship. If they make it in, the other team drinks/takes a shot and removes that cup. If they miss, they must drink. If they get it into their own cup, they must drink their whole personal drink and then refill it. There is a "house rule" for making it into your own cup, is that you do not remove it. Just to make the game a little longer. Anyway whoever loses has to drink the remains of the other team's ship.
-RULE TIME-
Oh man this has to be one of my favorites, right up beside King's Cup. ALRIGHT.
You will need:
-A deck of cards
-A table where everyone can sit
-And of course your drink
There are 6(5 if you do not want Jokers in the deck) basic rules that apply at the start of the game.
1) Whoever is dealt the lowest card must take a sip of their drink.
2) People that get matching cards as another player, those people must drink.
3)Aces are the High Card.
4)OPTIONAL: Jokers mean community drink, which everyone drinks.
5)Rules add up, meaning if you get the same card as someone else, AND that card happens to be the lowest card flipped, it's a double sip.
6) This is my own rule, you can use it if you want. If a player does not get dealt a card at the end of a dealer's play (due to an uneven amount of people), they must drink no matter what. This is so they do not get away without a penalty haha.
Alright here's what this is about. Decide who is dealer. The dealer gives each player a face up card. Decide who drinks, then continue. Do this until the deck is empty. Then the dealer collects the cards, shuffles, then hands the cards to the person on the left. This is where it gets interesting! The new dealers says "Guess what time it is!", and the players respond "Rule Time!", that is right, the new dealer gets to make up a rule. This rule will remain until the end of the game. The rule can be ANYTHING... examples being "when a six comes up everyone drinks except me" or "every time you finish a sip you must get up and spin once, if you forget take another drink", stuff like that. The new dealer plays the cards exactly the same way as the original dealer. The game ends once the deck reaches the original dealer and everyone makes a rule. Which means the original dealer must deal one more time while adding their own rule. Remember, more people, more drinking.
I would explain King's Cup but not right now, it's a long description and I need to sleep haha, maybe another time. Please share you ideas, ask questions, and so forth.
I would like to state NEVER drink and drive. If you are drinking have a designated driver, or just crash at your friend's house. Seriously, take caution. Not sure if you can post this kind of thread here, but if it is a problem Mods move or delete it please.
