I have no idea what I want for Christmas 2014. Too far away.
Christmas 2013, I know what I want if it comes out before/around then:
That's probably the main important thing on my list.
I generally don't ask for much, but this year probably takes the cake. The only other specific things I can think of that I want are:
-Avril Lavigne's self-titled album
-Avenged Sevenfold-Hail to the King and Waking the Fallen
-A Portal 2 shirt THAT CAN FIT ME. The one I got last year was too small and I want closure.
-This is more of a family thing, but Kentucky Kingdom passes
As for preparation, I'm not sure. No shopping yet AFAIK.
Assuming you mean Christmas 2013... I guess only the tree is set up so far. I only have to get some presents and stuff and then I'm done. I'm probably going to stay at home as well and celebrate yet another Christmas.
My list this year was mainly games and band shirts, except all of my shirts were taken off of the list because my mom felt that the bands "didn't display our values". I'm pretty bummed out about that especially since in past years they've given me shirts, and they sure didn't check Sonic Youth or Pink Floyd. So yeah, I'll be expecting Gamecube games and books.
Puella Magi Oriko Magica manga volumes 1 and 2, and some coffee K-cups.
Any preparations for christmas?
We decorate the inside of the house, but nothing in the way of outdoors beside hanging a wreath on the door. It's a shame, because Christmas lights are my favorite part about the holidays. We have not begun to set up yet.
And christmas tree?
We set it up within 3 weeks of Christmas, so we should be putting it up soon. We have a ton of ornaments, and an artificial tree we bought last year.
For me, everything is prepared at my apartment.
I had gone Christmas shopping before everyone else did. I only have a couple of gift cards left to buy, then I'm done shopping. I'm giving an Epson WF-2540 printer, movies, clothes, CDs, and plushies, among other things. I tend to go the extra mile and get everyone exactly what they want.
Just look above you... If it's something that can be stopped, then just try to stop it!
My family will probably, like every year put up a tree and do the whole presents thing. I specifically don't want anything though; except a successful next year. Maybe I'll buy some small presents for my family, but that's about it.
It's Christmas again. It's snowing and it's cold outside. I am hoping to get Gopro hero3 black-edition -actioncamera. It's expensive so I hope I will get it. I am also hoping everyone has great holiday and if I could get people happy.
I don't really want anything else, at least speaking of material stuff. I bought a 3DS with my own money, and my mom bought me A Link Between Worlds (though I won't get it until Christmas), and that's pretty much all I wanted since the first trailer of the game.
My house is already decorated, as well as the tree. It looks pretty nice
Also, lucky you guys... I really want your snow and cold weather. Here is incredibly hot the whole day, and night, which is horrible. Not even sleeping naked helps!
Edit: There, I changed the title for you, Roberto.
We put some lights in the front of our house and I should stop being lazy and start to build up our christmas tree soon.
As for presents I don't know what I'll get, it can be from small stuff to fixing my tablet, a new cellphone or even a new comp. I don't really mind though, the thing I enjoy the most is the holiday itself, rather than the presents.
I'm also planning to meet my grandgrandmother with my cousin one of these days. Too bad she's the only of my grandgrandparents who's still alive (two of them died recently :/), and that's why my grandma decided we should meet her soon.
our family made a christmas tree in the living room with a star on top, decorations, icicles, garlands, and christmas lights! we turn the christmas lights on at about 6:20 p.m. and turn it off when my parents go to sleep about 11:40 p.m.-ish. i was shocked and surprised how others haven't built a tree yet, assuming my family's was done on yesterday the 4th.
i expect random loads of stuff for christmas because i honestly don't know what i'm going to get or what i want for christmas. all i told my parents was "anything you might think i like" because i honestly don't know.
my family will be putting garlands in the hallway near next week - december 9th or somewhere around there.
i really love christmas! but after christmas, doesn't it feel all sad? if it wasn't for christmas, winter would have been a dreaded season.
