I go by the name Marioasaurus Rex on this site. I've been intrigued in Super Mario World ROM hacking for a while and thought it would be a great idea to participate in the community!
Other than that, I am a 17 year old male currently residing in the United States. I love to make digital music, draw, play a bit of videogames, write, watch anime, and play instruments (such as the guitar and drums)~! I have been pursuing my digital music production as a career lately.
With that being said, I hope all of you are having a wonderful day!
Just a seventeen year old YouTuber who is into ROM hacking and content creating.
Hello, I'm CuckyDev. I'm a programmer and sometimes a ROM hacker / game modification guy. I also do some other reverse engineering stuff and fan games.
I have experience in modifying a few games, these being Super Mario 64, Cave Story, Sonic the Hedgehog, and probably a few more I'm failing to mention. PaRappa? I dunno.
I've never really been that into Super Mario World modification, to be honest. Both because I haven't tried it in the past few years, and also because I've had my eyes on Super Mario 64 ever since the decompilation was in its early days.
Hey everyone! I'm oyok, and I've been watching people play and create Kaizo hacks on Youtube and Twitch for years now. Around last October or so I decided to just go for it and learn how to make my own SMW hacks. I've learned so much already (and found so many great resources) on this site and want to get more involved in the community.
Fun fact, I remember downloading a very early version of Lunar Magic on my Windows 98 PC probably about 20 years ago. I think I made a re-creation of 1-1, which at that time was almost a novel idea, and then got frustrated that I couldn't make my own overworld and that was that. Funny how I came back around to it decades later!
Greetings, folks! Gem's here! Well, actually I've discovered this site before in like 2010-2011, I think? I remember being fascinated for the first time by the ROM Hacks and super pretty graphics and playing them.
It's like I got teleported to a completely different world. It was magical. That made me interested in making ROM hacks. Unfortunately, I didn't get to do it since life got busy thus eventually forgot about it all.
Today, I just remembered this website and I thought about joining and here I am! Pleased to make your acquaintance and I hope we get along well.
I'm a Portuguese guy who's a fan of (almost) everything Disney and from the Golden Age of Animation (like Looney Tunes, Popeye, Woody Woodpecker), but also a fan fan of some of the recent animated series and films.
I'm also a Nintendo Fan and I love to play platformers (who doesn't in this forum?).
Hello everyone! It's been a while since I first took up SMW hacking, and was lingering around this site for about a year until I finally made an account today. It's surprising that a hacking community for a game more than 20 years old is so active and cheerful! Excited to join the conversation!
