Uhh, so many line guide levels. :|

This one is my level... or at least an introduction of it. It will be a line guide level, but since it's for the mountain world, it's not anything very challenging. Nevermind... it will be a line guide level with some ON/OFF combination. I'm thinking about a new vanilla gimmick with the use of line guides and ON/OFF switches, but so far I'm not going to tell what I'm thinking of. I must check first if it would work well.

Here's a preview of an "introduction" section to this level. It's a small section before the main gimmick. I'd like to know your opinions about the palette.

That's pretty much what I've done so far. I'll show more screenshots if I'll make the next sections.
Nice athmosphere you got there. The palette seems suiting with the mountains theme. The level design looks really simple but it does its job.

I was going to say the level felt pretty empty but I'm assuming you're still going to add enemies in?
I agree with Koopster, I think you need to put in more enemies. It feels a bit empty without the buzz-saws of death and destruction and eating your chicken.

Nice, muted palette. The brown and greens you've used work well together. I'd probably make the background mountains a bit more brown to mix in with the foreground, although right now they are pretty good. Maybe change your yellow blocks a little bit. Overall, nice. Just put in more enemies and it'll be a good opening.

It's pretty much supossed to be a introduction section, but there can be a little more enemies if it won't create slowdown. This is WIP, so everything can change.
The palette looks really nice, and everything else seems to look pretty good with your level. I don't think adding more enemies will slow it down, you should try it out since you only have two.

I guess it looks better now. Okay, let's go with the main section.
At the own begin of the level there could be enemies, consider putting at least one.

Otherwise, nice level you're doing. Palettes look nice and level design as well, let's see what you'll get done eventually.
What's the point of the sumo bro at the end of the level? Because as far as I know the lightning bolts don't do anything unless there's solid ground for it to land on. (I do know the bolts themselves knock you off Yoshi though)

Other than that, it looks quite nice so far, with good difficulty, and the palettes seem fitting as well.

Well, I always thought the lightning bolt will hurt Mario even if it doesn't fall on the ground. I think I should check if it does.

@Mirann, yes, there could be, but I think they aren't needed as much like in further parts of this level. Hovewer, thanks for the feedback.

It doesn't.
Uh, so that Sumo Bro is pretty much useless. I'll probably replace it with something else.
