I'm digging the palettes you're using, though screen 2 looks a little flat IMO. I've seen the hack you made before this one and I'm pretty happy to see your palettes become interesting to look at.
Looks nice. Although you have a cutoff on your overworld. Right next to Yoshi's House (the water thingy). Story: meh (never would thought of that). Overall the palletes are great and unique. Keep up the good work!

Another hack from you? I must say that the palettes are still impressive for the most part though you would want to make your levels slightly less flat in some areas (only in very rare areas would I find that acceptable); the second screenshot is the main culprit here.
All the colors look so desaturated. The second screen of the yellow switch palace looks strange with the colors but I like the idea of the yellow switch being guarded. I think "Hill Plateau" seems to use pokeys a little too much but I dunno.
Well, I have to say that your color choices in many of your SMW hacks vary between being impressive and being whacky (as in, weird), and I assume this one is no exception.
A few criticisms I have regarding your latest screenshots:
Screen 2 of the Yellow Switch: I wouldn't place those Bill Shooters right next to the switch really. There should be a gradual progression of obstacles in place.
Runnin' In The Rain: Why is Mario's face of a brighter palette than his lower body? I would just have the face match the pallete of the lower body as I find the palettes used for his lower body matching with the dark colors of the level's background and foreground.
-------------------- On Pixel Art Requests: I generally do not accept work unless I either have the time, if I see your project worth my time to contribute towards, and that is usually me doing the approaching to you on that.
-I also do not accept speculative work as I do have various art I made on-hand with me.
-I am more receptive to equivalent exchange of resources in which case, you can DM me wherever I have an active presence on for the details.
-Other times I'm availible for your project is C3 request threads I may run.
Not exactly liking the palettes so much, (Well, not my type) But from what I see, you have been improving, and that's something good though I'd recommend you to use other palettes besides green.
Some colors are too dark and desaturated. Try going for some cheery pallets for a change man!
This. Mario, the piranha plants, the key and the super koopa stand out way too much.
Oh, and I shall beta-test as well.
EDIT:
Done. Overall, I found myself enjoying the hack mainly because of the solid level design. Some palettes were questionable though; you probably shoudn't edit Pallete A-D.
I didn't notice any bugs other than some little things:
- The fireballs in Hill Plateau are miscolored.
- The player can go through this pipe. You're missing Tile 1EB.
- There are six Yoshi Coins in Running in the Rain.
- There's some slowdown over here.
- Berries + Castle Bricks = Cutoff
- You might wanna work on that OW. It's a bit blocky and bland.
It's nothing out of the ordinary, but definitly a neat little hack.
