With more people adopting ARM-based devices and dumping games to carts to play on real hardware and SNES clones, it is worth mentioning there remains 265 hacks in our archive which have critical bugs, many of which make them unplayable outside of the ZSNES emulator. Hacks dependent on exploiting emulation flaws in ZSNES would only be able to run on machines of the x86 and AMD64 architectures - over time, as people increasingly move away from these platforms, many of these hacks would become inaccessible. In wanting to make our whole archive SNES-compliant and future-proof, we are still offering a Hack Fixer badge to anyone who submits a functional update to these patches. This initiative will remain active as long as there is an accepted broken hack on the site.
- You may collaborate with partners on a hack, e.g. if it's an instance of code and music causing problems, where one may have expertise in one section but not the other. Let the staff know if you had collaborators and who they are so the uploader is not the only one rewarded.

It is suggested also that you can hex edit echo delays to be lower to avoid having to track down and reinsert music if music is the only thing breaking the hack, but make sure the byte after that $F1 you're seeing is definitely audio data and not ASM that you're editing!
